Dr. Ovi Sofia, the Ophthalmologist Consultant, had finished her residency training at Universitas Brawijaya, Malang in 2008. She has completed her short-term fellowships on Uveitis in Sankara Nethralaya, India in 2012 and Uveitis and External Diseases in Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan in 2015. She obtained her Consultant recognizition from Kolegium Oftalmology Indonesia (KOI) in 2017. She is working as a lecturer staff in Infection and Immunology Division, Department of Ophthalmology, Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang from 2010 until now. She is an active member of the Indonesian Ophthalmology Association (IOA), the Indonesian Ocular Infection and Immunology Society (INOIIS), and the International Ocular Inflammation Society (IOIS). She is Editorial board of Infection and Immunology of Ophthalmologica Indonesiana, the official journal of Indonesian Ophthalmologists Association, and reviewer of IJRetina journal.
