Dr Palak completed her MBBS from Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Post graduate training MS from Government Medical College Bhavnagar, Gujarat. She successfully completed her long term fellowship in Glaucoma from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai from 2018 to 2020. She won the Best Research Fellow award at Sankara Netralaya in 2018-19. She has a keen interest in research and teaching. Her area of academic interest is childhood glaucoma and narrow angle glaucoma. Her hobbies include dancing, travelling.
